I saw it when I was very small and only remember this scene I think is towards the end
two (possible) officers standing inside a sort of a werehouse or something and confronts a woman. the scene then changes to where one of the Guys id sitting chained to on a chair or something while the woman pulls the chair away. then the other manand the woman start kissing. and the chained man gets a magasine.
and then later the woman was arrested and the two men talking
