Does anyone know which agency represents Hans Zimmer or where to send a booklet to get an autograph by Mr. Zimmer?. Any help is appreciated.

I hear he doesn't sign anything through the mail. At all.

I was lucky enough to nail him at the recent Varese concert. He initially turned my friend and I down but I caught him a second time while he was smoking and he was kind enough to sign everything I brought with me at the time.

How many things did you ask him to sign?????!

I would have got at least one of them dedicated;

"To Yor, Lots of Love, Hansi xxx"

Would have been awesome. Yor would have become a fan for life.

Nah!

YOR would like to see Hamzzimer CDs autographed by Ennio Morricone, the true composer whose scores he is stealing all these years...

He signed all of the Nolan Batman scores (including the oversized deluxe Dark Knight), Angels & Demons, and the Kung Fu Pandas.

He'll probably order his drones to sign it for you.

"Signed and produced by Hans Zimmer" while the liner notes say "actually signed by Lorne Balfe and the other 371 interns"

Whoa, wait a minute. You "nailed" him?? No wonder he needed a smoke afterwards... wink

Exactly. Hans Zimmer is not a composer. In fact, he's a non-entity.

I swear Yor, Facehugger, and OnlyGoodMusic are the same person...their commentary is the same every single time.

Or at the very least they share the same "brain".

No, we're not.

Considering Hans Zimmer signing CDs, what makes you people think he can write? He cannot write scores, that's for sure. wink

What a coincidence - those are the only 3 people on my ignore list.

You post a lot about Zimmer for someone who hates him so much. Oh wait, I get it. You're making a meta comment on how droning and redundant his work is, right? Good show, sir!

The Bible says that the meek shall inherit the earth. Personally, I'm not so sure.

Hans Zimmer is the nemesis of all good film music. His influence is pervasive and poisonous, his talent non-existent, which is the worst combination one could ever think of. His music appeals to the easily pleased, people without an education, i.e. today's core cinema audience. I'd like to offer a counterpoint. Hans Zimmer wouldn't even know what counterpoint is.

Well, if that's the level of wit you can reach, then so be it.

But what if, what if my comment was a meta comment to your meta comment. Oh what fun we're having!
