I was lucky enough to nail him at the recent Varese concert. He initially turned my friend and I down but I caught him a second time while he was smoking and he was kind enough to sign everything I brought with me at the time.

Considering Hans Zimmer signing CDs, what makes you people think he can write? He cannot write scores, that's for sure.

Or at the very least they share the same "brain".
What a coincidence - those are the only 3 people on my ignore list.

You post a lot about Zimmer for someone who hates him so much.
Hans Zimmer is the nemesis of all good film music. His influence is pervasive and poisonous, his talent non-existent, which is the worst combination one could ever think of. His music appeals to the easily pleased, people without an education, i.e. today's core cinema audience. I'd like to offer a counterpoint. Hans Zimmer wouldn't even know what counterpoint is.
