The eBay listing must have ended. It's back now... and now it's $10 more than the first listing.

Vultures!

I just did a search for completed items, and that same seller has sold four copies in the past four days, raising the price each time: $45, $55, $65 and $79.99.

Unless the dealer is fibbing about where he lives (Somerset, New Jersey), he didn't order from us. We did have a few multiples, but most of those, other than people occasionally ordering two or three, are from overseas folks. But a search of Somerset yielded nothing so he must be getting them from SAE or Movie Music, the only two dealers who really ordered what they needed to on this title. Again, I will have emergency copies and am happy to let them go for the regular price.

I totally missed the boat on this release as I normally order from MovieMusic.com. I was holding off on ordering anything as I was going to be in London and didn't want anything arriving while I was gone.

If you still have any extras, please let me know. Otherwise I'll just hope someone re-issues in someday.

James

We're about as far away from SPYS as you can get. I'll just give a little clew - Golden Age.

Paramount? 1950s? A Drama?

Bruce, could the "head scratching" stem from the fact that many of us thought that the music elements from this score were long thought to be "lost" or the movie was originally released by a studio that Kritzerland has not dealt with before.

Yes, we have some emergency copies left - we pretty much know that there are no lost or damaged copies by now. So drop me an e-mail

I'm not sure what people thought or if it's even on anyone's radar, although it will be nirvana to some collectors.

Fox?

A reissue/remastering, expansion, or premiere?

Narrowing it down a bit... will I like it?

That is unknown to me smile I would hope so - actually I would hope everyone would like it.

Yes to Fox, and a world premiere release of what some would consider to be a very rare title.

Is this rare Fox premiere release something from the 1940s instead of the 1950s?

.....or could this "head-scratching" release be something like Bronislau Kaper's A FLEA IN HER EAR.....a delightful score?

There are still so many holy grails for me.....but might this release be a musical?
