I'm reminded just now: yet another strike against people who complain of the onalught of titles and how they can't afford to keep up: the CD's don't ship until January 6. So given that only one title is in danger of selling out early and that you have until early January to worry, there's no need to complain. Plus, in that amount of time no doubt orders will change, quantity, titles, cancellations, etc., so copies of each title will undoubtably be freed up.
I assumed they were announcing titles on the 9th of December so people could get their orders in and have their cd's by Christmas. They could have announced these titles on December 26th for that matter.Hope they don't pull this next year. Items are in stock so why they are not shipping til January makes no sense.

Yeah, I hope they don't pull this habit again next year; that would make nearly a decade that they haven't kicked this habit.

They probably are not in stock. However, their website says all the titles announced are in stock. So which is it? Why say they are in, if in fact they are not?
So, I'm curious - anyone else get a ship notice/status/etc?
I know the site says week of Jan.6, and that they got their money asap but mine says shipped as of the 11th with some weird untrackable-tracking number.
I contacted them already, just wondering if anyone else got theirs or a confirmation of any sort yet, that's all.
I did back when they first announced but I haven't been actually charged yet. No invoice was sent. Anyone ?
I paid via Paypal who I received a receipt from and Varese sent me an order confirmation pretty much at the same time. I've checked my Paypal account and they drafted the funds a couple of days after I placed the order (which I placed as soon as they posted the titles).
I had emailed them about something else and the person who wrote me I had asked them about the club CDs. That person informed me about that they should have them Wednesday and will start to ship out then.
Now I see why La-La Land and Intrada actually WAIT to sell and ship CDs until they actually have them on hand.
