MV,

Is there any chance for the following complete releases?
"The Saint" (Graeme Revell)
"Sky Captain And The World Of Tomorrow" (Edward Shearmur)
"The Count Of Monte Cristo" (Edward Shearmur) I guess "Reign Of Fire" is Varese's property...
"Call Of Duty" Box Set (Michael Giacchino, Joel Goldsmith, Harry Gregson-Williams, Hans Zimmer, Lorne Balfe)

If a score was only release digitally or on cd-r-on-demand, is there any chance for the release of a complete version or is it a legal nightmare?
For example: "Journey 2: The Mysterious Island" (Andrew Lockington), "Soul Surfer" (Marco Beltrami), "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" (Brian Tyler) etc

Best regards!

All of those would be great. Unfortunately the CDR titles would be very difficult to get out at this time. We have tried on numerous ones including the Karate Kid and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

Hello MV, any chance you'll release the album art for The Lost World?

Somewhere earlier in this thread, MV posted that he hoped to have the final batch of A.I. in stock sometime in April.

Ottman's "Incognito". There used to be a lot of talk not only about how good this score was, but also how displeased the composer (and others) were with the original RCA release's sound quality. Is this something that LLL has looked into as a possible improved release? I'm no big fan of Ottman's music in general, but I think that particular score is very good indeed.

Sorry if I bump my question (just one last try!)

Dear MV,

are there any plans to do a Volume 2 of He-Man and/or a volume of She-Ra by Shuki Levy?
James Eatock and Dusan M. reconstructed many musical pieces from the cartoon, utilising the original music and effects tracks: here is a track not in your WONDERFUL Volume 1
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v6SvSkhf-_8
You did something similar for the Star Trek TAS soundtrack
You can easily contact James Eatock from facebook https://www.facebook.com/james.eatock?fref=ts

Thanks for all the fantastic scores you produced (especially the Batman and Superman box sets and of course for He-Man!)

P.S.
Here is a picture that would be nice for a He-Man/She-Ra box set!

I'm betting I know the answer to this one, but I'll ask anyway. Any chance LLL would do a box-set of Sean Callery's music to 24? I have a feeling Varese has the rights to this, but thought I'd ask anyway. There's so much great music that's not on the CD's that have been released.

Would certainly be down for more 24 music from Callery, noticed some brilliant pieces in season 8 which I have just been re-watching, was surprised that Varese didn't release more than two CD's given the amount of music at hand...

If they'd sold well there would certainly have been more albums (see Lost - do not see Alias).

I really hope so, but this darn show and sister show are really complicated matters. All I can say is we'll see.

We have tried but have not succeeded yet.

I will be standing by with money ready for that day.

Can you say whether you found any He-Man/She-Ra tapes beyond the material you released in 2015?

Any multi-film boxes of golden-era scores with production input from Lukas Kendall? I'm thinking of excellent sets like "Film Noir at Paramount" which he produced for Intrada. Any similar projects/joint ventures coming with LLL?

Good question Basil. I think the best selling Golden Age boxes would be:

WESTERNS FROM WARNER BROS.

WESTERNS FROM PARAMOUNT

WESTERNS FROM 20th CENTURY FOX

...... smile

I'd be lying if I said something like that isn't in the works.

Sounds great! Thanks again MV for answering all the questions. smile

MV:

Were you guy's surprised by the initial digital expansion of Jurassic Park? Or did you know that was happening? One assumes you tried to get it before, but was it the motivation to try and put together the Jurassic Park collection? It just seems strange that happened and then the collection from you guy's after.

Everything around Filmation seems to be complicated. Except their animating...

Not strange at all. They did what they wanted to do for the anniversary. We just lucked out a few years later.
