Sadly not, although The Detroit Symphony is doing an all Williams concert in May to be conducted by Eric Kunzel. This weekend Marvin Hamlish is in town conducting the DSO.

I saw him conduct the Vancouver Symphony many years ago (he was still Boston Pops conductor at the time). I went both nights. The first night I sat in the front row with my two kids. When Williams came out at the beginning of the concert, he looked down, right at us! After the show, I snuck backstage and got him to sign a few LPs.

I've been to every Williams "film night" concert at Tanglewood since 1993! He does one every year. Glad I live in the Berkshires!
