It's great we have a law that says copyright for lifetime + 70 years or 95 years but these corporations often can't be bothered to spend the money to preserve the stuff they own for even a couple of decades.
If I asked you for your high school senior year history midterm test...could you find it? It is often not a matter of wanting to preserve things, it's a matter of bureaucracy and organization.

Personal pat on back: I did save my junior year American History midterm Term paper on the history of American comic books- I got 100% for it. Anyway, I was always exempt from mid term tests anyway, unless they were math or science.

You'll be happy to know that it's been out on CD for a couple of years now and is still available, I think. BSX did it. It was really before I'd started with soundtracks, and they really wanted to do it so we all put it together. It's the David Spear score, my songs, and some really fun bonus tracks. Best of all, we restored the original title.

Great Job Bruce!!! Please, however do give TOM NULL some credit as well. He was pivotal in getting Varese started and worked very hard at it. I think he should have been given some fanfare as well. Overall, a great job and I wish you well. Thanks for your work on this great Goldsmith masterpiece.
15 ips is 38.1 cm/s. That means the recorded film soundtrack at 53 mins and 17 seconds will contain about 3996 and 1/4 feet of recorded magnetic medium. That's around 1 and 1/3 statute miles of tape, if I've correctly worked it out. That's quite a bit of fidelity . . . not to mention one helluva long bottle.
