Sign-up date changed to September 15th. I want to work on this one and the Horner one at the same time.

OK, you're the last ones in!

Deadline for this has now passed. Hang tight for more information about venue.

Hmmm...forgive my paranoia, but I suddenly got a sneaking suspicion that 'dr. giggles', who registered yesterday, was the last attempt of a certain banned member to screw things up for me. If this is not true, I'm sorry -- but maybe you could send me a mail at tjhaga at celluloidtunes dot no for verification. Thank you (and sorry again for the suspicion)!

I have a £40 ticket at the Royal Albert Hall up for grabs if anyone is interested. If anyone remembers my first post regarding this, I got it for my daughter who is now unable to attend. I'm still going of course, and I don't know how we do this sort of thing, but I will happily supply my email address, and even phone no. to anyone who is genuinely interested.

If that is the case it would be a low and pathetic thing to do.

IMPORTANT!

OK, I hope everybody likes Italian, because the venue is now set. See first post.

Anyone looking for a last minute ticket? I have one available, Arena B, Row 16, Seat 13. Unfortunately I can’t make the concert anymore, I fly from London on a job mere hours before the concert but such is life. Thankfully I’m still able to make the Horner concert in Vienna so I look forward to meeting some of you then.

Thor.

Any chance I could be part of the party at the Spaghetti House? I know I didn't 'sign up', but there's an ambiguity about two places, so I just wondered. T'would be nice to be part of a crowd instead of being on my own......

And I still have a ticket to sell if anyone's interested.

Paul, we've filled up the quota, but i can't imagine that there will be much of a problem if we added one more. So just come. There might also be people who drop off.

Thor, insanely hung over from vienna, but trying to repair with more drinks in london.

Ok. Sounds good. I'll be there. The worst that can happen is they'll say no! At least I can say hello.

I'm going to this, but have made no attempt to join the meet-up because I have to work till 5 and then rush from where I live to London. We may get chatting to people I guess, and I'm sure we'll have fun talking about the concert the following few days!

Sorry to hear that, soundtrackexpress. Hope you manage the concert itself, though.

So it was a brilliant evening, I think every single person in out group had a good time. What I really loved about the concert is that we got to hear so many new arrangements (the extended piano solo in Corpse Bride was one of my favourites). And, of course Danny Elfman as Jack Skellington, who stole the show (which was his own anyway). Thank you to everyone who organised this event - Danny Elfman, Richard Kraft (who was kind enough to join us for a minute during our restaurant meeting) and everybody else.

Karol
