A remastered "Fedora" would be excellent and just in time for the upcoming release of the film's restored director's cut. "Tourist Trap" would be great, and another natural choice. Any interesting, unreleased 60s or 70s Universal scores would be great.
Since when did "Predator 2" become such a holy grail? Or is that just a running joke around here I'm out of the loop on? (for the record, I'm on board with "The Hearse")

Anything Predator related has been in the grail category since the beginning. If you put the title in the search feature you will pull up a ton of threads expressing interest, INSANE interest for years. If Varese wanted to pull out an instant 3000 run sell out, like Die Hard 1 and 2, the first Predator go around in 03 and later the 2010 Intrada release, it would be P2. That is one of the last titles that will sell out quickly. For Varese to not release P2 would be like them saying, we are not interested in making an easy sale. Thats why P2 is pretty much certain. Its a sales bullseye and Varese knows it. Only a matter of time.
Monday the 10th? Guess that means Sunday the 9th for the webmaster of Colosseum.de.
(In the internet age, where, literally, nothing can be kept a secret, it was nice having some sense of mystery with the titles. While I like you and have enjoyed your posts, I must say that that was an unprecedented act of uncoolness you pulled with the last batch.)
Because it's such a big deal to find out what they are seven or eight hours in advance, and I was also the person who dug into the site and posted them first. Okay.
I'm not going to give enough of a damn to post the titles this time around if someone else discovers them, but if it happens I'll be here laughing at the "fans" finger-pointing "attention whore" and crying butthurt tears because "muh seedees wur pre-posted 2 early!11! MUH PRECIOUS CHATROOM IS RUIN!!1!1". Which is extremely hypocritical considering these same people spent the past week prior pining aggressively to find out what the titles were.
I'm hoping for the release of something never available on CD before or something long sold-out and expensive to acquire, rather than something already released in a perfectly acceptable CD version (like Predator 2) and still available for very little money.
Very unusual, for such a swift release of another Club selection, so soon after the last. Could it mean a big title was delayed slightly and missed the year-end deadline for the last batch? That might account for the rare lack of a Golden Age title in that batch.

Or maybe they just return for old scheme: 4 batches per-year?
While I normally don't like to make requests, a two-disc release of this from some label with the complete score in the film on one disc and Randy Newman's thrown-out stuff on disc two would not go amiss.
