There are so many covers of this song that you could make several cds of just this song. Most of them are jazz versions by the likes of Abbey Lincoln, Jeri Brown & Mark Murphy etc.

But of the more traditional versions (Streisand, Jack Jones etc.) I would suggest the following:

Natalie Dessay with Liat Cohen on guitar performing the French version "Les Moulins de mon Coeur" from a recent (Dec.2013) TV Special. Easy to find on YouTube.

Petula Clark & Legrand duet on this beautifully. From her "Duets" cd.

Maureen McGovern has a very nice rendition and arrangement of it on her "Music Never Ends" cd.

Danish jazz vocalist Sinne Eeg recorded a beautiful version on her "The Beauty of Sadness" cd.

and take a listen to a young British vocalist named Peter Grant who covers this on his "New Vintage" album. What a talent and a great album.

This is just scratching the surface. And there are a pile of really off kilter versions out there as well.

Your funny feelings are funny. My funny feeling is we've had heard a low quantity alert if it were close to selling out, something Quartet does as we all do.

Another good version of the song is this one from Sharleen Spiteri (2010)

Soundtrackcorner.de , Beatrecords.it & Rosebudbandasonora.com all have the title up on their sites for pre-order, which probably means they still have copies available.

Give us a brief review please, if you have time, Onya. Mine is winging it across the Atlantic.

Listening now to the album lineup. It sounds great, better than the previous CD (which also sounded fine to my ears).

I will write more when I get to the film music section.
