The only digipak I've really had a problem with is the one for The Lost World: Jurassic Park - otherwise I don't instinctively hate them.

I am not a big fan of the opening titles but I find the music within the show pleasant, if uninteresting. I think that's a pretty common situation with Trek TV shows though, ever since the firing of Ron Jones....
I also find the OST rather disjointed. Wish the arrangements were more coherent and listenable.
Still, it's certainly not particularly offensive music.

Though I am still crossing my fingers for The Orville soon.

I finally got around to picking up this, and the second volume. I enjoy the main title, and a scattering cues. The composer's effort feels admirable. It just feels very unremarkable, throughout. Kind of like Dennis McCarthy's music for mid series Next Gen. Just bland droning. Not taking away from the composers, as they do as they are told. Too bad the music can't be more.
