This is a very interesting post.

Therefore it is one of these 3 titles:
- OTHER SIDE OF MIDNIGHT
- SECRET PLACES
- LADY OSCAR

But which one?

I'll rule out the other side of midnight.

What about Michel Colombier?
I think it would be great to have after awesome UNE CHAMBRE EN VILLE another CD by Michel Colombier realised by KRITZERLAND.
Are there any plans for Michel Colombier album in future?

LADY OSCAR would seem most likely, gloriously symphonic.

I'm going with the LADY.

Excellent news, whichever of the two titles it is going to be. I have THE OTHER SIDE OF MIDNIGHT on a CD-R transfer so I (personally) prefer either of the other two titles. Way to go Kritzerland !

I have all 3 Legrands transferred from LP to CD-R. This always happens. I get them done up and someone else releases them. (i.e. Bernstein's GOLD).

I personally think it will be SECRET PLACES
Look : hainehisway said it will be gloriously symphonic: Dame Kiri te Kanawa, the lyric singer, sings the main title.
Well, if I trust what I listen to from the LE CINEMA DE MICHEL LEGRAND box set

Am I right?

I also think it will be SECRET PLACES because LADY OSCAR was only available as a Japanese LP.
The SECRET PLACES score should be more easily obtainable for Kritzerland.

This ALWAYS happens with me, too.
Four months before FSM's Bernstein Box
came out, I had just finished transferring
all 14 LP's to cd-r. Now, eight months
after transferring Twisted Nerve &
The Bride Wore Black, they get released.
This is a sure way of getting your favorite
scores released. Transfer your old Lp's
to cd-r, then sit back and wait. big grin

Does anyone know what Legrand is doing now? Still in the movie business, or retired?

Mine too. Definitely my favorite of the scores that were on LP.
