I haven't seen this movie since I was a kid, so I have no memory of the score, but I've been on a Rozsa kick lately. I'll have to buy the DVD and give it a listen again.
Every time I walk into a MacDonalds I think of McDowell saying "Pom fritz! Fries are pom fritz!"
LeHah, you must now send a note to Nicholas Meyer saying, "By not including the disco music you have done a disservice to me."
I'd perfer to send him a letter saying "Dear sir, if you are ever in the New York area, please do not hesitate to call me, and we shall have single malt scotch and cigars and talk about whatever it is you wish."

"Dear LeHah - I graciously accept your kind invitation. Our topic of discussion for the evening shall be the infinite number of uses for Elmer's Glue"
Did anyone else notice that it's numbered V12N03 at SAE ? Maurice Jarre's Concert works was V12N01 so presumably there is a V12N02 missing or rather coming soon.

Saw the film when it came out and bought the LP right away. Enjoyed the film and it's a great Rozsa score. Always thought it was cool to have Max Steiner's music introduce a Miklos Rozsa score! Thanks Lukas and crew.
TIME AFTER TIME is one of my alltime favorite Rozsa scores to one of my alltime favorite fantasy/thriller films. Needless to say - ORDERED! Thanks, Lukas! Love that cover. I have the Karl Alexander novel which has this same exact artwork.
I must confess a little excitement here. The OST is miles ahead of the old ENTRACTE/SOUTHERN CROSS/LABEL X/NAME DE JOUR release. I can't wait to hear it, and I'll bet it sounds great!
No, WB's music dept. executive Danny Gould did that and Rozsa conducted. Lukas
OMG! Are you serious? Somehow, picturing Rozsa at the podium, swaying his hips whilst conducting a DISCO piece is a riot! I wonder if he was dressed in a white, Travolta-like leisure suit when he conducted it?
Did Meyer relay any funny anecdotes about Rozsa having to do this chore?
