This is the thread that just won't die isn't it? What to say, other than this is the Delerue score (other than a couple others) that I would buy in a hearbeat. Another customer! The thread will die when the score is released on CD. Let´s keep this thread at the top of the list until it is replaced by the thread: NEW INTRADA: HER ALIBI or LA-LA-LAND presents: HER ALIBI! By the way, what actually keeps labels from releasing this?

So, which label do you think is most likely to take on this task?

It is hard to believe this score has not shown up yet. Wriiten during the height of Delerue's most lush and productive years. I would rate this as his best American film score behind DAY OF THE DOLPHIN, the score that lured me into appreciation of his music. SCOTT

I´m afraid that is not so good news - if it is true that Selleck holds all the rights to his films. In that case it seems that he is not interested in releasing the scores (too much legal hassle for him, too little money for him).

Oh. Good! I immediately thought of Kevin Costner holding back the release of WYATT EARP. Well, then... why is Roger so vague about it? Is the Delerue estate difficult to deal with?

Good to know. So, Roger might actually do this one? But which problems did he allude to? (Yes, I´m trying to bump up this thread once again...)

Great news! Not impossible, even if it´s not in the near future! ... but what can we do to speed up that release? C´mon, people. Everybody who would love that score to be done sooner rather than later, chime in. Make this thread (and the one on the Intrada board) brim with positive feelings about this score!
