I have still to receive my replacement CD. I'd forgotten about the issue until searching my collection for something.
I ordered the original through Intrada.
I requested a replacement yesterday from SAE along with my order for Trek V, although whether they've got any left is another matter. If they've run out of replacements and have to request them from Quartet, I could be waiting a while (which is not a problem for me).
