Haineshisway... I just stumbled on this. Do you know about it?

http://www.emusic.com/album/Fred-Katz-Little-Shop-Of-Horrors-1960-Original-Soundtrac-MP3-Download/12360666.html

Seems to be gone now? I didn't know about it, though, so thanks for posting this.

This must have something to do with those european copyright laws. It is on amazon too:
http://www.amazon.de/Little-Shop-Horrors-Original-Soundtrack/dp/B004HR642A/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=dmusic&qid=1306062865&sr=1-1

Yes, it would be free to do overseas or anywhere else - the film and its music is in the public domain - however, they have made one tiny little error and I may try to nail them on it if I can figure out how to do so - they are free to use the music and have clearly cloned our CD - however, they have used MY track titles that I made up for this release. And those, along with my notes, are copyrighted material from 2010. I could also take the position that our particular master is under copyright. I've written the eMusic folks already and will write the German amazon folks momentarily.

Just heard back from amazon Germany and they have sent me a form to fill out and as soon as I figure out what it says (it's in German) I shall fill it out and I do believe they will pull this until the track titles are changed. Can anyone figure out the name of the company who did this because I can go after them, too.

Meanwhile, one reads of the occasional disappointment for the new Varese titles, and several people here and elsewhere said they weren't ordering The Berlin Affair until after the announcement. Well, it's after the announcement, baby. Meanwhile, less than 130 left.

I ordered mine today, along with GONE WITH THE WIND and CRY FOR US ALL. smile
Any more Broadway or London musical goodies forthcoming?
ANN VERONICA, BILLY, and HOUDINI-MAN OF MAGIC would make my day.

Yes, another Brit musical is coming, but not one of the three you list.

The label is called Red Bitch Music. I am not sure if it is a German label, because the same mp3s are also available on Amazon UK:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Little-Shop-Horrors-Original-Soundtrack/dp/B004HR44PY/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&s=dmusic&qid=1306177533&sr=1-9

And for example Baxter's HOUSE OF USHER is also there from the same company:
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Fall-House-Usher-Original-Soundtrack/dp/B004Q5Y2M2/ref=sr_shvl_album_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1306177593&sr=301-1

Ordered mine on Friday along with Dead of Winter.

The samples sound spectacular. I'm really looking forward to these two.

Thanks again Bruce!

I found them when doing a Herrmann search. The Day the Earth Stood Still came up under "Red Bitch Music".
So I googled Red Bitch Music and then found the duplicate of the Kritzerland title.

Haven't been able to find an online presence of e-mail address for Red Bitch - and that's probably a good thing for them. eMusic is being very cooperative so far. I'm forwarding the German amazon doc to someone who understands German so I'll know what information to put where. then I'll cut and paste that for the UK.

Great-great-great!
So (if our post service won't increase delivery terms again), Untill September will arrive in next 3 weeks, and Mulholland Falls - in 1 month. Not so bad smile
ps any other Barry in you plans for this year? I don't ask about titles, because Kritzerland+Barry= amazing sound & ordered without any questions!

I love Passion Flower Hotel and would reissue it in a heartbeat, but right now it's not possible to license. Our new title has never been on CD before.
