Can't you read? Check three posts above yours! I can read. But also I'm little disappointed, 'cause in FIRST Quartet post I read: "Both releases are available now on pre-order. The CDs will ship next Friday 16th." We have a proverb - if you don't sure - don't say it. In this case, Kritzerland has more honest shipping politic - they never promise that they will start shipping on that specific day. They just say - "CD will ship the last week of September, but preorders placed at Kritzerland usually ship one to five weeks early". And after this I understand - when Bruce say - "we ship all CDs now", they are shipped! This is more honest! And yes, I still admire Quartet job, I have many their CDs, but in my mind this is the first time, than they change shipping/release dates. So, may I finished this discussion with some optimistic note - if they will start shipping little later, it's OK. I need music, and earlier or later it will arrive. Hope, that next time we will speak about music.

The CD should have come to us on day 15th, but the plant has delayed everything. We are the first disappointed. But it seems unfair that you say that our shipping policy is less honest than another label, just because this time we have been delayed. Also might have failed the pressing process and we should have had to delay. These things can happen, and accuse us of dishonesty seems really unfair. In almost four years, we have never missed our shipping date, except this time, for reasons that are beyond our wishes.

Or you can do like Intrada and LLL does and have the release in hand before they announce it, so it can be sold and shipping out.

My order was shipped today but no tracking code was provided for I paid the Registered AirMail charge. E-Mail Sent. We send the tracking number for registered orders on a separate Email, usually within 24 hours that the order has been sent. You can also consult it on your profile from tomorrow. Thanks!

Man, Woman & Child looks like a wonderful new release. Judging from the quality of other Quartet releases, this must surely be one nice package to look at (the cover looks great) and most importantly, to listen to. If I am not mistaken, I believe the original announcement read that this release was limited to 1000 copies, yet it now states 1200 copies. Am I correct? If so, I hope this means that Delerue is (still) a name that sells. This was a mistake on our promo sheet. Sorry. Indeed, the edition is 1200 copies, and are what we have manufactured. On the back cover of the album says "Limited Edition of 1200 units" too. 1000 units are gone quickly, but we are still sitting on almost 200 units. There's no hurry, I'm sure there are people who will enjoy it in the future. It is an amazing score!.
