It's weird that the same people, every year, have the same problems. We have received tons of orders in the last week without any trouble... OK, so it is true that I was trying to place an order using Windows XP and Chrome often displays a message that says my browser is out of date. So, if the "it's not us, it's you" reason I can't place an order might be true. Or so I thought. I just tried to place my order again, this time from a PC running Windows 10. Guess what? That's right, I'm running into the SAME problem. My cart is emptied, I am not redirected to Paypal, and no order is generated (checked under my account). I have no idea why nobody (or very few other people) are encountering this problem. I can only say that, if the problem was due to an issue with my computer/browser being out of date, using a (fairly) new computer running the latest version of Windows should have fixed the problem, no????? we don't have any of your emails in any of our mailboxes. Contacted Quartet through their contact form on their website. Yet they say they got no messages??? Is that my fault too? Perhaps I should just send them a Paypal payment and, if any titles I order are sold out when they get back from vacation, they can refund me? I ask because (I assume) the only way to make sure a title is reserved is to get an order number and that, if I just send them money, nothing is reserved for me (won't be deducted from their inventory and anyone else can buy it). If any of these does not work, maybe due to any incompatibility or bug from Magento.. I do not know what this is.

If you can please send an email with your request to any of the emails that we have provided above, it would be easy to solve your problem. Obviously there is some kind of incompatibility that I do not understand either.
