I love Passion Flower Hotel and would reissue it in a heartbeat, but right now it's not possible to license. Our new title has never been on CD before.

Has it been on LP?

Den

Yep.

WHEN shall we see THE MOLLY MAGUIRES?

I'd love to do it, obviously, and let's just say it's been talked about.

What's wrong with the previous Bay Cities release? I must be missing something.

Other than the fact it's been out of print for twenty years? Probably nothing, although there is more music in the film, I think.

A good enough reason as any, I suppose. I have nothing against re-issues. smile

Is it a British production of an American musical, or is it an originally British one?

This one's a Brit musical.

I would do Twang but the problem is that John Yap still has the master tapes and has been selling illegal CDRs of it for a year. Makes it difficult and he was asked to stop but he hasn't.

Speaking about Mancini, any chance for SUNFLOWER? smile

Sure would love to see a CD release of Henry Mancini's THE WHITE DAWN from the Paramount vault.

I actually really like Come Spy With Me - I'll have to look into that - was a big fan of Danny "Hey Neighbor" LaRue.

I've never actually heard it. I'm scanning through the Broadway Cast Album database
(which includes almost every musical ever produced - Broadway or otherwise).
I've had several of these original British stage musicals on my want list for several
years, and I'm sure I could get the LP's from ebay sellers. But why bother?
Since YOU are going to release most of them to cd anyway. smile

I think I know what the Brit musical is. TOM JONES.

Btw, is Alan Silvestri's score for SHATTERED (1991) on your radar?
Wonderful score with a very memorable and haunting main theme.
Fun little thriller to boot!

That's already been released by Milan Records - though I suppose a re-mastering wouldn't hurt!
