21:19 - Phillip Green : Mysterioso Plays immediately at the opening of this segment as the transition from animation to live action occurs. Plays again as Jordy goes to the bathroom mirror to discover the growth upon his tongue.
26:56 - Phillip Green : Light Chase Begins during one of Jordy's hallucinations, directly after he is told that his fingers are gonna have to come off.
26:56 - Phillip Green : Light Chase (From Capitol Hi-Q Series D 43-44 - Dramatic) Begins during one of Jordy's hallucinations, directly after he is told that his fingers are gonna have to come off.
Im sure Ive heard this track elsewhere in something? Can't for the life of me remember though.

OGM Music indeed stated here and on their website that they would be releasing all 37 cues from the film. Here's one of the email responses to a few questions I asked of the webmaster at OGM Music.
***April 11 2014
Hi there. I was wondering if you would be able to provide further details regarding the upcoming release of the Creepshow music cues?
Do you have a release date?
NOT YEY – BUT SOON – YOU ARE NOW (WITH YOUR PERMISSION) ON THE NEWSLETTER LIST
Do you have a list of all 37 tracks, and are you able to provide it?
WE WORKING ON . . . RE-RECORD TO 128kHz
Any ideas regarding the pricing and ordering method?
LOOKS LIKE $30 - $50 FOR THE DVD – OR 2 CD’S
Are there any library cues from the film that you are NOT able to provide due to not owning the rights?
WE ARE THE SOL-OWNER FROM ALL THE MUSIC – IT WILL BE ONLYA SMAL DESCRIPTION TO THE MOVIE MUSIC
Any further information would be greatly appreciated, as there are some very excited people out there waiting for this release.
WE KNOW – THX FOR THE INFO***
Now despite being told more than once that I had been added to their newsletter mailing list, I never was. Soon after the release information disappeared from their website. And when I visited a few days ago, my IP had been banned.
And OGM doesn't even own the rights to all those cues anymore.
PrimeEvil - A HUGE thank you for all of your detective work on this. You've located some real gems, which for me personally are holy grails. Can't believe I'm finally hearing some of these fantastic cues!
Hi, guys! Thanks to Sean for your fantastic detective work. I loved "Creepshow" and his score. I tried to release a personal cd with all the tracks in chronological order. The Facebook Page "John Harrison and the music of Creepshow" tell me that classical theme listened in the garden party on "The crate" is a second part of the same Mozart composition "Eine Kleine Nachtmusik - Serenade in G major, K. 525". Really? I can't recognize this classical underscore during Wilma's show. An other lost thing is the small theme listened after Wilma's oniric head shot, a very weird sound effect followed by an electronic music similar to the Roger Webb's style in "Eternal light". Can we discovered the title of this track?
The odd electronic sound after Wilma is shot is part of Harrison's score, played on the Prophet-5 synthesizer. I recreated a little bit of the music from Creepshow using a Prophet 5 software synth. Poorly. The timing is bad and not all the effects sound right. I'm also not a keyboard player. BUT if you skip to around 1:54 on this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hOxVbWuS1w) I recreated that little sound pretty accurately.
I have no idea what the track is that follows it, but much like the remaining unidentified tracks, I do hope to find them some day.
Hey PrimeEvil, how are you? I sent you an email regarding this subject matter. Did you get it?
I'm not quite sure. What name did you email me with? Feel free to do so again, if need be.
Hi, PrimeEvil -- could you please contact me? I'm agonizingly close to a complete Creepshow OST (so far I have 59 tracks), but I can't find certain tracks on the D Series. Do you have those?

1:05.29 William Loose - Time and Space [From Capitol Hi-Q Series D 107-108] Section at 1:48 plays during Henry's fantasy of shooting Wilma, as the crowd begins to applaud.
Thanks to everyone who has contributed to this thread so far. An amazing effort to track down all this music. I believe it is now complete barring one or two pieces. The only piece I can think of that is unidentified is as Jordy's bad vision of going to the doctor begins we can hear a stereotypical dream dissolve sound effect and then an eerie whistling on the soundtrack that plays parallel with Shock by Robert Ascott. Fingers crossed someone can locate it.
There is one piece missing from Father's Day, three pieces of classical music missing from The Crate (I can't believe no-one has been able to identify any of these), and one jukebox track missing from They're Creeping Up On You.
Hi guys. One more track to add to the list. This plays during Jordy's suicide. It's track 2 from Capitol Hi-Q Series D 04 - Suspense, Mystery, Somber (William Loose, John Seely), another one named Suspense.
And to correct my previous post, there's actually quite a few more cues missing than I had originally thought.
Another new track. This time from Something to Tide You Over. Track is known as Mystery Drama, by Erik Markman, and is taken from OGM Media Music #9 Drama/Mystery, a compilation that used to be available to stream a long time back on the OGM Music website. This track starts up at 36 mins and 33 seconds, as we first see Richard and Harry inside Harry's apartment ("You found out. Alright. Becky and I were gonna sit down and tell you pretty soon anyway").
