some of La Salle's cues were in THE TIME TRAVELERS(64), THE DAY MARS INVADED EARTH, and other films he scored. They do sound slightly re-recorded on LIS, compared to the films.
What do you mean when you say that they sound "slightly re-recorded?" Do you mean that they overdubbed additional parts onto the original recordings?
they sound like the exact same cues but re-recorded with small variations. (probably by Lionel Newman)

If Charles is right (and he most likely is), that explains why only one composer got credit at the end. Library cues never had their composers listed on the shows. Lionel Newman rerecorded a great deal of Fox movie scores to be used in the library. I would imagine rerecording them cut back on the royalty payments for their use.

There are two sequences in the Keeper that I could not seem to find on the CDs (I have 1 and 3 and then the two-CD collection). The first sounds "chariot-like," but it seems to be an oboe that rapidly moves up and down various scales at probably a 16th-note beat ... and then another sequence, which begins just before Judy and Don arrive at the Keeper's ship to offer themselves as specimens in the place of the children. There is a descending double-beat that occurs several times, sounding electronic. It occurs just after the Keeper says, "shall we greet him?"
In part 2 (on Hulu), the first sequence occurs around 25:03.
The other sequence begins (again on Hulu) at around 27:29.
Hulu and youtube are blocked here at work. I wish I were at home; I'd check this out immediately.

That first sequence was scored for "The Hungry Sea", John and Don starting to butt heads, and arguing about if they should keep heading south.
The second sequence is from "The Reluctant Stowaway", I call it "Waking up the Robinsons". Tubular bells was used in this cue. Too bad this is one of many cues that are lost.
