Sadly the high cost of shipping to the UK has nixed this one-it nearly doubles the cost and it's just not possible for me to afford it.

Sigh..never mind..move along.

Wish there was something to be done about it but there isn't. It's the USPS and we're all hamstrung by it. But it doesn't quite double the cost of a twenty-dollar CD - still, I wish the gluttony of the USPS hadn't done what they did or that there were some alternate way of doing things.

Digital download, my friend.

I quite understand-not your fault at all and no criticism of you. The UK Post Office have recently done the same thing and inflated their prices beyond all reason-even a small parcel can cost £12 now.

It actually works out cheaper to buy 2 or 3 CDs at a time and combine postage but you're doomed if they are fast selling and it's sadly still a week until payday.

Before ordering at Kritzerland I checked shipping rates to Belgium of the other stores (SAE, moviemusic, intrada, ...) and Kritzerland easily beat them (not to mention they don't charge extra for adding another title). Add to that PII is priced cheap at 20 $ for a 2 cd edition...

But I hear what you say about the shipping and we can whine and moan all day long about it, everything ordered from the US is now expensive and doing the math with the currency conversion and shipping included, it still is about the same price as if I'd go to a store over here and got the CD ( providing customs doesn't intercept it from the US)

I do find myself doing combo-orders with friends to split shipping smile

Oh, and as for the pre-order situation, I don't mind the wait as long as it gets here before halloween wink

For those who enjoy the numbers game - so far over 1200 have sold and I have yet to hear from several dealers. Wouldn't wait too too long. Needless to say, glad we did the 1500 and equally glad we didn't do 2000. Had we done 1000 it would have maybe been the quickest sell out in history because the first thousand were gone within two hours this morning.

I hate Paypal too but ordering was easy. Act as a guest and you can use a credit card no prob. Didnt like having to give my cell number though. Never understand why that is needed.

As John said, you can use paypal without being a member - it's just like using a cc anywhere online. You can also send a check or money order via snail mail - that info is on our site.

Yep. This is going to make a very nice addition to my "Awesome Halloween Mix Tape" as I serve chili and hand out candy.

Nabbed a copy this morning. My first Kritzerland title. I knew if I was patient they would put out a title I'd want. I'm sure I'll be impressed with the quality.

That's good to hear Bruce! Hopefully, the interest in this release will spill over to some of your future releases. Sounds like this will be a sellout by the end of the week.

That 6am release time was 11.00 pm here in Sydney. That was way past my bed time. Lucky I was on early shift this morn and ordered at 4.30am. It's now close to 10am here and it's nearly gone. Glad I didn't leave it any longer. It pays to be a morning man.
Thanks Kritzerland.

The Intrada site indicates September release. Hopefully this is true! smile
