It's still Jerome Moross' centenary year. Maybe... The War Lord? Yes, please! But since I don't think Varese holds perpetuity rights on the title I'd much rather it came from Intrada or possibly LLL. They'll do better notes. Yavar

If there is a Trek title in this batch, my wallet will beam out of my pocket in excitement and never come back.

My want (hope) list: Obsession - Herrmann (self explanatory); Psycho III - Burwell (a composer who is shockingly under represented in my collection); Tourist Trap - Donaggio (a perenial want on my part); Shot in the Dark, A - Mancini; Power, The - Christopher Young (an early Young Masterpiece); Encore Series - Ghost Story (Sarde), Suspect (Kamen), Where the River Runs Black (Horner); Expanded re-releases: Anything Goldsmith including The Raggedy Man, but excepting Mr. Baseball . And more television Herrmann please. But even if it were none of those, I still expect the Club releases will be awesome. Edit: And Daughters of Darkness by François de Roubaix.

TEN+ upcoming releases?!?!? Quartet 3 Kritzerland 3 Varèse 4 or more!!!!! Actually, Kritzerland will probably have five new releases out before year's end, and don't forget Intrada will have a couple more releases released on the 17th. It really is rather an embarrassment of riches. I have a feeling we'll see three or four "club" releases, and two or three "Encore" albums in this coming batch. There'll probably be a concert recording, and I'd even go so far as to theorize that there'll be an Alex North score among them (it's been a while since the last club batch, so I'd imagine M. Townson would want to leap back in full force with something from his favorite). Honestly, I'm rather excited to see what Varèse has in store (like all of our other beloved labels, there's a sense of "it could be anything!" to the proceedings), and - perhaps moreso - delighted at the prospect of another fun time in a chat room as the clock ticks down towards these mystery albums. And I have high hopes that one day (though probably not in this batch), the Club will see fit to release a complete "RoboCop 2," as it's the only Rosenman score they own in perpetuity, and would rather benefit from an expansion, I think - a lot of interesting material was left out that creates a more well-rounded listening experience. (A CD reissue of "Lionheart" with everything from both volumes in one place would be nice, too...)

They'll do better notes. Yavar Yep, I'd love that, from anyone really. I have the Varese, which was just a CD release of the Brunswick LP. I'd hoped that by now we'd have had a few more Universal 60's & 70's releases. ...& how about finally, The Towering Inferno getting a re-release?

I would like the release of "The Man Who Knew Too Much" or "Cape Fear" by Herrmann. Besides, the re-release of "The Towering Inferno" and the Deluxe edition of "Dracula (by Williams)

My hopes for this batch, one or other of: Peggy Sue Got Married (Barry)- expanded, remastered The Year Of The Comet (Barry- rejected)

Jagged Edge is an excellent score. Fortunately, I've got the previous release. With regard to Year Of The Comet, Varese released the Hummie Mann score so may also have the rights to the rejected score.

If there is a Trek title in this batch, my wallet will beam out of my pocket in excitement and never come back. Definitely with you on that. I briefly spoke to Mr. Varese (Mr. Townsend) and put in a good word for Nemesis, BTW. He gave some general statement about being busy, but it not being impossible. In other words: "I know you want it, as to many others, bit I'm not letting you know anything about if/when it is expanded." Either or both will make me happy. Something outside of my "want list"? Someone else will be happy, and I'll be happy about that.
