Warner Bros.... Well, yes, I'll say it; wish we could see a complete Blade Runner. I know, it'll never happen, but a guy can dream, yes? Imagine how fast 3500 units would sell out on THAT one. But I agree, a box set of From the Earth to the Moon would be wonderful.

I hope the release of Turbulence will be in the proper film sequence unlike the promo (and not have the end titles in the middle of the album, and oddly faded out).

I'm hoping some of those unknown Warner titles are the next Volume of Batman: TAS and the first Superman: TAS set

S:TAS would still be a ways off. After B:TAS is finished, LLL hopes to do The Adventures of Batman & Robin and then The New Batman Adventures, before S:TAS.

But I do hope Volume 3 of B:TAS is on the way. I was hoping it would be out in time for San Diego ComicCon (which is next month), just like Volume 2 was last year.

How do you know all this?

LLL said as much in a post from last year, while discussing the plans they had in store and hoped to realize.

Here's the relevant post:

July 1st, 2012:
While working on Vol 2 a number of episodes of the first "65" got the axe and will be featured on Vol 3: Robin's Reckoning Parts 1 and 2, Day of the Samurai and The Clock King to name a few.

Our plan is to have Vol 3 out next year (possibly another 4 disc set). That would be all the music we would release from the first 65. We are also contemplating releasing an empty box when vol 3 comes out so people can put all 3 volumes inside. It would be like $5 (or around there) if people wanted to buy it separately or free with purchase of Vol 3...something like that.

Then we would focus on the "Adventures of Batman and Robin" and "The New Batman Adventures."

Hopefully, Superman TAS, Justice League (TAS and Unlimited) and the two BTAS animated direct to DVD movies (Subzero and Batwoman) will also see the light of day in the next few years.

LLL is not attending Comic Con this year.

I forgot about that. Still, LLL had previously said they hoped to have Volume 3 ready by the same time, so here's hoping.

Release schedules can always change as we all know.

I know for a fact they have already started at least pre-production work on Superman: TAS since as early as July 2012, but they could have started even before that. It will be 4 discs.

That's true, of course. And I was thinking recently that if B:TAS Vol. 3 was going to be out sometime next month, then we might have already started to hear about it.

I know the other part of that July, 2012 quote wasn't relevent to Batman:TAS and Superman:TAS, but I've included it below since MV mentioned 24 WB titles, and some of these could be amongst those 24:

"We are also looking into stuff like Animaniacs and Tiny Toons. The ealry 90's was truly the 2nd Golden Age of Animation at Warners Bros. We are doing our part to preserve that legacy.

That episode was in the third season. The episodes jwb listed are from the first two seasons.

It's a good bet that Volume 1 = Seasons 1 & 2, Volume 2 = Seasons 3 & 4.

Maybe instead of barbituates, Barbados.

I'm personally hoping Powerpuff Girls is among those 20-some WB titles slated to come out by year's end. 2013 is the 15th Anniversary of the series, after all...
