Love the ejector seat sequence.

It's especially amusing when you consider that particular aircraft does not have an ejector seat!

Not really low, but a quantity 'alert'... fewer than 1000 @ Varese.

NOW- Fewer than 900 copies remaining!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Varese announces this and claims that it is an item of 3K copies. But is Varese actually selling 3K copies via their site? What about others (SAE, MovieMusic Store, et al)?
I was wondering how many copies will the others get?

I'd like to see more opinions about the additional music presented on this expanded release. I do enjoy the original release, and I'm on the fence about whether or not the additional material is worth the $25 upgrade Although alternate takes and other bonuses are interesting, I often find that I rarely listen to them. Do you therefore anticipate a lot of new "substantial" material in the film score proper? Thanks for your help.

The CD will be pressed in 3000 copies. Copies sold at SAE, MM, etc are all deducted from that 3000 (and are certainly already removed from the total of copies left on VS's website, which indicates only ~750 copies left).

Finally ordered this with less than 550 copies remaining, also ordered Scream Deluxe as that is getting pretty low with less than 200 copies left.

Despite what the web site says DH2 is now sold out at Varese. I just tried to order a copy and it gave me an error saying 0 available. Ended up buying at SAE.

That's odd: I just ordered it this minute from Varese and it went through fine, with no alerts that it was sold out.

Odd, now I'm not getting that notice. I wonder if someone was trying to ascertain the quantity left a few minutes ago with the shopping cart method. Oh well I paid $5 more by getting it at SAE.

Weird. It's letting me check out with 2 copies, so it doesn't look sold out from here.

I shouldn't do stuff when I wake up. smile I had Enemy Mine in my cart. It was that that triggered the zero message. DOH! I had already ordered Enemy Mine using my nook a couple of days earlier and forgot to clear it on my laptop.

From watching the film, I don't think there is any 'must have' music missing.
The VSD covers all the major sequences from the film quite nicely.

Perhaps they didn't want to spoil the film for those who had yet to see it.

If I'm looking at the back of a score before the movie comes out and the track titles spoil something - I have no one to blame but myself.

Anyone looking at the tracklist prematurely is looking for spoilers. What the hell do you expect and why else would you look???
