Why is the symbol for LLL's new site a capital 'B' with a diagonal slash through it and can it be changed to reflect LLL's actual logo—or at least something monkey-related? A small thing in the grand scheme of things. Still...

It's called a favicon, and I'm sure they'll drop everything like shipping out packages to satisfy your request.

Well, I put a bunch of items in the cart, then winnowed it down to a mighty handful, but then Intrada's Mummys came along and I got all distracted.
Then this morning I get an email from LLL's new system saying "hey, complete your purchase." I looked over the list, shrugged and said, "why not?" And it was easy peasy to order and get a new account.
Worked for me!
