I just wish it were longer...there are plenty of cues I would have liked to have on this collection. Plus, no dialogue excerpts on a Tarantino soundtrack?
I've always found it funny how the awkward positions of Short and Glover are supposed to constitute the U and K from the film poster, yet that has somehow not been replicated on the soundtrack so now it's just....weird.
Listened to the Monkey Shines half of the album (after seeing the movie for the first time last week). Gotta love those jungle drums and the excellent flute playing.

How would you rate the movie? Haven't seen it but of course great score!

It's a lot of fun. A surprising lack of gore for a George Romero film, but lots of efficient "Hitchcockian" suspense, and the performance by "Boo" as Ella the Capuchin monkey is remarkable. Some of the acting is suspect, but this is the kind of movie that demands a certain arch performance style. A strong B+ thriller.
It's also amusing to see so many now-familiar actors in small roles, like a gorgeous, young Janine Turner (naked butt ahoy in the opening scene ), Stephen "Jimmy James" Root and even Stanley Tucci. The 1999-era DVD could look a lot better, but at least the widescreen side of the disc is anamorphic.
