In a John Williams mood, I guess. INDIANA JONES AND THE KINGDOM OF THE CRYSTAL SKULL:

I find myself humming the first 3 notes of "Call Of The Crystal" at times, trying to remember what it is. It's almost as if the crystal is actually calling to me...

wink

Hey, Accidental, I know you're all into cover art and stuff and love to post all those enormous jpgs, but it kinda defeats the purpose when you actually have to SCROLL DOWN to see the other half of the cover. Not everyone has huge 24' computer screens. Plus it takes a lot longer to load, as previously mentioned.

Anyways, just a comment. Perhaps I'm alone on that.

Ken Thorne`s Lassiter (and as a sidenote this is one of few soundtracks in my collection that my dad likes).

Searched high and low for this one, and it ended up being found in 1997 by my little brother, just in time for my birthday. And man, talk about a score that is in desperate need of expansion. Please, somebody, give this one a proper release.

Thor, do you have an e-mail address so I can tell you off-board where to go and how to get there? Man, you're such a bummer. Really. No... really. A tedious bummer.

Remember when you peed all over the threads we all created specifically for hi-rez cover art, and you said, "ooooh, I don't get it, I thought that's what the Now Playing thread was for"? Remember that, Thor? Well, why do you think those threads were created, Thor? It was to post hi-rez cover art for people to appreciate. Cover art that several of us actually spend a lot of time working on to make it look so good and so people can download it in the best form possible. Absolutely, positively NO Christmas or birthday presents for you anymore, buddy.

And now back to our regularly scheduled, Thor-approved program:

ROFL

Nothing playing currently. I'm at my office working(well taking a brief break after finishing typing a bankruptcy petition, but still...)

When I get back in the car Heavy Metal by Elmer will be in the player.

Edit

Ok now ro add the cover scan:

Whoa....chill, man! It was just a comment, as I found it a bit annoying to have these gigantic pictures appear that I actually have to scroll down to watch in total, that take long to load and that even screw up the thread interface sometimes. I'm sure they would look great on a wall or something, but when I started this whole trend of just posting soundtrack covers, it was more to let people tell us what they're playing at any given time; not an excercise in high-res, gigantic cover art. But you do what you will. It's just a minor nuissance, and perhaps I'm the only one who feels that way.
