In a funny coincidence, the second best Bond Ever, Mike Myers, is also a LIVERPOOL FC supporter.
Both attended the Liverpool v Citeh game the other day.

And by an another astonishing coincidence, LFC last won the Premiership some time back in the 90s which was also when the last good James Bond movies were being made.

The Premiership is merely a cynical regional trophy. A much GREATER achievement was when Liverpool became champions of Europe in May 2005....

.... serving as a GLORIOUS prelude to the October 2005 announcement of DANIEL CRAIG as the newest and BEST James Bond EVER.

Viva the Reds! Viva The Craigger!!!

Maybe it has something to do with Liverpool. Maybe it has something to do with those blue Speedo's. But I think it's this scene played out with Javier Bardem. It's a coin-toss to discern if it is his actual first time or not. But the very prospect, was tantalizing.

I don't have an informed opinion either way on the Craig/Bond debate, but I gotta say that face-swap pic cracks me up every time.

Maybe the charmless Daniel could insert some lines in the next Bond to show his support for Liverpool. Something like, It's not fair, or They're all against us!

Oo, that was mean.

Hey TG, bloody thumbs-up!!!
Hang-on, let me just find a pic of The Big Dipper, as a mere table wouldn't suffice!

Hey, don't credit me with that - it was that Mike J who posted it and ran away.

I want to encourage him onto the football thread proper. Perhaps a 007 crossover is the way to do it...

Arsene Wenger IS Doctor No ("No - I did not see it")
Louis van Gaaldfinger
The swashbuckling Jose Mourinho has more than a touch of Paco Scaramanga about him
Sam "Oddjob" Allardyce

Any more ideas?

Surely that'd be number nine - Andy Carroll...

But overall - oh hell yes! Typical SPECTRE behaviour - moving from the relative respectability of the porn publishing industry into ownership of a business with opportunities galore for m*n*y l**nd*r*ng.

(Sorry about the asterisks but I'm regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and have to maintain my façade as a fit and proper person)

PS - Karren Brady IS Pussy's sister "Opportunities Galore"
