Is this all there is?
It sounds to me like just an extended set of variations on a middle eight, with the actual 'A' melody missing from that clip. A lot of 'samples' on sales sites do exactly that, which is infuriating.
I think I know the main melody (if it IS the main melody), but can't put a name to it. I'm sure there are lyrics, try Carmen Miranda.
P.S. If this is what I think it is, the main A theme starts with, 'D-D-D-D#-D, D-D-D-D#-D ...etc.' in quick staccato, and it's based on a famous classical piece totally transformed that starts the same way. It's very famous, but this bit isn't, it's just the extension.

Sorry, I've led you up a gum-free. It seems this IS the main 'A' theme. I think I've heard it played with another tune as a middle 8.
So I'm just wrong. Then again, it's so like the tune I'm thinking on that it could be generic.
