Should they include the miniseries as a bonus?

Not including the miniseries would be a bonus for me!

Agreed!
"The Invaders", the original only.

There still hasn't been an announcement of an R1 release, so all you "Invaders" fans better hope that it's not a "Six Million Dollar Man" scenario of only the R2 crowd getting this!

If this is the case, let's hope the copies will remain clean.
The English VHS prints were clean back in the 1990's.

Shout Factory's message board reveals this info about some future releases.

#1-Bill Cosby Show S2 has only been "temporarily postponed" and should still come out eventually, but they can't say when.

#2-Ironside S2 is a definite committment.

Time to break out that special bottle of Wishbone salad dressing.

I get it - Wishbone was the team's cook, and whatever you'd call a caretaker, father-confessor out on "them wild trail rides". Portrayed by Paul Something or other- to busy to check on IMDB.

Of all shows of the 1960s, "Daniel Boone" (1964-70) wins the award for the fastest timeframe of releasing a lengthy multi-season run on DVD. As this announcement notes, Season 6 will be out in October which means it will have taken only 11 months to do all six seasons ("Get Smart" of course was done all at once by mail order, but we've never had anything like that in stores).

I'm not too inclined to go beyond Season 2 which I already have.

In UK most Columbia/Screen Gems now have that awful Sony logo, though some season 3 Bewitched episodes have the post 1966 Screen Gems logo.

We've got just two holy teevee grails:

Steven Bochco's unfairly snipped BAY CITY BLUES.

and, a'course

THE EQUALIZER.

When anyone hears about those, we'll be ready to break out the belated bubbly ...

Paul Brinegar and, as we all know, most Wishbone salad dressings are made from oil and brinegar.

I am somewhat surprised Man From UNCLE is getting this treatment, but it is I think a welcome development that guarantees the entire run of the show will be on DVD, and that's something you can't say of a lot of shows, sadly.

Being able to get the full run at once will also finally give me a reson for buying the FSM CDs! smile

Besides, you can buy each set separately according the "Get Smart" DVD on the TimeLife website.
I wonder if they will include CC or subtitles?
Anybody own "Get Smart"?

There are signs that *three years* after Season 1 of "Night Gallery" was released, Universal is FINALLY going to release Season 2 sometime this Fall.

http://www.hometheaterforum.com/htf/showthread.php?t=259202

I had suspected "Night Gallery" might be off the "one and done" set of Universal titles because the recent releases of Universal DVDs that spotlight classic titles available had started listing "Night Gallery" among the titles along with others that had been getting releases regularly or being restarted ("Hardy Boys" and "Baa Baa Black Sheep"). And if that was an indicator that "Night Gallery" was finally getting a second chance, it's worth noting that "Quincy" was also among the titles spotlighted, so perhaps there is also hope for that show getting restarted as well.

But PLEASE, Universal get "Dragnet" and "Adam-12" back on track, or license them out to Shout! if you won't!!!!
