THE ROGER CORMAN one was a vey controversial issue and sensitive to woman everywhere. Having an opinion is fine on a creative endeavor and appreciate a level of common sense logic. I may have not personally loved STAR WARS, but it was a very well made film with FANTASTIC EFFECTS. I may not love SOCCER, but it is a wonderful game with players that are greatly talented. It is wonderful when people can be wise enough to know something is good even though it is not their taste of enjoyment. This is with many things in life a positive asset to humankind when people can think and act this way. But then you have the famous line , have an opinion, BUT DON'T YELL FIRE IN A CROWDED MOVIE THEATRE[HUMANOIDS FROM THE DEEP]. As for the Japanese big monster films, after the early serious ones late 50's early 60's , they became a sub genre in which those who were making these films, knew very well what they were doing and aiming for, I simply said in the history of genre films many felt[now come on you know this is true]this type of genre film were often looked upon as the low end of the great genre of SCIENCE FICTION AND HORROR[SENSE OF WONDER FILMS] LET'S REMEMBER WHAT some wise board members here said there are opinions and then there are learner opinions. While yes that statement can also be debated, because one can say it is only an opinion what a learner opinion is. Let's be honest, GAMMERA VS MONSTER X was not quite made with the same technique as 2001-68.I mean you can go through your whole life being a stickler on everything or one can try to compromise with good will and logic.

However I want to make it clear here, since misunderstanding has cause many conflicts in this world[that's for sure]I did appreciate BLAIR WITCH PROJECT as well as THE SIXTH SENSE.so I don't follow any brainwash mainstream media machine. But as I stated a few times before one can argue who is a better baseball player BABE RUTH , WILLIE MAYES OR HANK AARON, and agree one could never give an answer written in stone. But if I was to go around and say my cousin who never was able to play basketball well is better then MICHAEL JORDAN, WELL THEN, LEARNER OPINION would have to come into play. That is like one board member here , who seemed to be saying the special effects man on PLAN NINE FROM OUTER SPACE was as talented AS THE SPECIAL EFFECTS MEN ON THE NEW GODZILLA- well bring in LEARNER OPINION again.

it is sought of like people. A boss will forgive a good worker for a few mistakes but might fire a bad worker for a mistake. We know people are humans and make mistakes some times but I wouldn' t call most of my relatives mass murderers. THE NEW Godzilla had so many good things going for it with a lot of talent , so people can put up with some weak spots, perhaps in script , plot direction etc. But after 5 minutes watching those old BIG G films from the 60's, 70's one is bombarded with such cheesiness it is hard to see the Assets through it, Even though there are some as a whole the movie might not be called good.

TO TALL GUY- Please do keep us updated on a uplifting topic that your boiler works right. Because it is a real bummer when it does not.

Delighted to confirm that it was still working when I got home.

This saga could be made into a TV series - I'll get working on the pilot...

I saw it zero. I am not interested enough to spend $12, but I am interested enough to either spend $2-4 at the second run theater, or $1 at Redbox, a little later down the line.

I am glad you have second run theatres still in your town, I don't in my town. many cities don't anymore. Going to the movies these days with the price of the tickets then the popcorn and all you land up spending as much as what was a broadway show seat 30 years ago. crazy.
