THE ROGER CORMAN one was a vey controversial issue and sensitive to woman everywhere. Having an opinion is fine on a creative endeavor and appreciate a level of common sense logic. I may have not personally loved STAR WARS, but it was a very well made film with FANTASTIC EFFECTS. I may not love SOCCER, but it is a wonderful game with players that are greatly talented. It is wonderful when people can be wise enough to know something is good even though it is not their taste of enjoyment. This is with many things in life a positive asset to humankind when people can think and act this way. But then you have the famous line , have an opinion, BUT DON'T YELL FIRE IN A CROWDED MOVIE THEATRE[HUMANOIDS FROM THE DEEP]. As for the Japanese big monster films, after the early serious ones late 50's early 60's , they became a sub genre in which those who were making these films, knew very well what they were doing and aiming for, I simply said in the history of genre films many felt[now come on you know this is true]this type of genre film were often looked upon as the low end of the great genre of SCIENCE FICTION AND HORROR[SENSE OF WONDER FILMS] LET'S REMEMBER WHAT some wise board members here said there are opinions and then there are learner opinions. While yes that statement can also be debated, because one can say it is only an opinion what a learner opinion is. Let's be honest, GAMMERA VS MONSTER X was not quite made with the same technique as 2001-68.I mean you can go through your whole life being a stickler on everything or one can try to compromise with good will and logic.
