Hate how over produced videos are nowadays. Slow mo- fancy camera moves, quick swipes, dramatic cuts. Can't concentrate on technique and it makes me dizzy. Ugh!

For over a million years mankind and his relatives have needed exercise to live. Suddenly, in the last century or so, people arrogantly assume they've overnight evolved not to need exercise. Tell that to the sabre-toothed tiger.

In our warped modern world, walking is somehow 'natural', whilst athletic activity is eccentric or specialist. Our ancestors couldn't afford this distinction.

I'm good on fruits, (which I usually have as snacks) but terrible when it comes to veggies. I go long stretches without vegetables. I have to constantly remind myself to add them to my diet.

These are massage machines that stimulate the blood of the muscles: theoretically, it is valid. Unfortunately, this is a shallow and soft training. Women need a similar training as male body builders: weight lifting like deadlift and squat.
