I am so excited about Rawhide that I ordered the complete season 5
which featured episode promos by Eric Fleming and Clint Eastwood.
I am eager to discover that bonus.

I will pre-order soon the last season aka season 8 and will report it on this thread too.
So stay tuned for late June.

I'm having some trouble with youtube, but it seems at least half of season 7 is posted. Entire episodes.

This is a pricey series by the way. A season is divided across two box-sets and each one starts at $30.

Your Wal-mart local shops offer a set at $20. You can go ahead!
The online shops don't.
Besides, watching the series on a big flat screen is a treat.

CLINT EASTWOOD AFTER RAWHIDE

Without mentioning his Sergio Leone's Italian troika,
actor Clint Eastwood's first American feature film after
the end of Rawhide was Ted Post's Hang'Em High.
The western film started as a Rawhide episode in which
the character of Eastwood leads his herd through the land…
Eastwood selected Ted Post because he directed 24 episodes
of Rawhide.

I'll look for Rawhide at Walmart.

Love the opening theme musically and vocally. It changed from one season to another, didn't it?

Love the technical craftsmanship with which the program is made. Photographically and dramatically it's first-rate.

Well, I just bought season 7, volume 1 at Walmart, which is all they had. They gouged me $20 bucks for that. Then I came home and bought the complete season 5, in two volumes, from an amazon marketplace seller with high rating. They bled me $43 for that. I must be out of my mind, throwing money away on old TV shows.
