Sorry to hear that Bill. Hammers could have had five. Took their chances when they had them. Young lad on the right looked decent, i forget his name. Having a Jackie Charlton moment there. I think Bolton will go out at the third round so i'll not get too excited for the FA Cup. I'm flying wom tomoz, so will prob not be about for a bit or as much as i have been. I'm hoping to get to a Salford City match later this month. No Wanderers games for me, i couldn't get anyone to go with me anyway. Enjoy the footie boyos.

Should you need to use the trains while you're back in Bolton, beware Northern Rail - strikes, engineering works, it's a right mess. Good to know. Ta. Currently in Calgary airport watching Liverpool Burnley.

Takes an hour and half to fly to Calgary from where I live then I ghink 9 hours to Heathrow then a half hour flight to Manc. Lots of waiting around mostly. Great second half for Liverpool after Burnley scored. What was up with Dyche at the end? He was skriking at Klopp for some reason. I like Dyche but he can be a tart sometimes.

Redeye to London - hope you get some shuteye. I never do on transatlantic flights. As if that wasn't bad enough, Heathrow immigration to contend with. Yah I never sleep either. Don't know know how people do it. Heathrow will be a shoe removing, belt removing, swabbed for explosives charm. I'm always randomly selected for security checks. Always.

Don't know know how people do it. Heathrow will be a shoe removing, belt removing, swabbed for explosives charm. I'm always randomly selected for security checks. Always. How did you get on? The best way to do it is fly to Dublin rather than Heathrow (which is chaotic). I never queue at US->Dublin immigration - you breeze straight through. Get some sleep at an airport hotel. Then hop back over to Manchester, where you arrive as a domestic passenger... there's no immigration for Ireland->UK travellers... handy trick. Completely stress-free and relaxing, unlike Heathrow. I do not want to be a tired zombie standing in an immigration queue, knowing I have to wait for another flight straight after.[/endquote Oh that's good advice. I never thought of that. Flight was delayed out of Calgary because so many families were on the flight and they took forever sorting themselves out, so long we then had to be de-iced. Then delayed further over Heathrow. I somehow managed to change terminals, get through security and to my gate in less then 40 minutes. Waited five minutes and the flight was called. Worked out in the end but it was stressful. Ate two pies for tea to get over the stress!
