INDIANA JONES AND THE TEMPLE OF THE NEUROTIC JEW-(2008) Steven Spielberg gives up all this "escapism" crap and directs the film he's obviously wanted to direct. Woody Allen stars as Harrison Ford, who slips and falls on a dropped blintz, breaking his ass and requiring him to sit in his New York apartment with his underage stepdaughtergirlfriend - slash -"ethnic" comedy relief, whose parade of non-white, non-Jewish associates teach Ford that there really IS life beyond looking for Gentile chotchkes and latkes as light as baby's breath. In the exciting climax, everyone learns to live together, there is permanent peace in the Middle East created by the combination of blinding light, loud music and a kid who smiles at the lens and nods his head and says "If we could all just hang out at the movies, everything would be perfect." Additional Cast: Dom DeLuise (Sun-Yi-Previn-Farrow-Allen), Olympia Dukakis (Grandma Meshuggenah), David Bowie (Adolphus Teutonic, aka "The anti-semitic next-door neighbor who likes Wagner, Max, WAGNER!"), and a bunch of other actors who were "dying" to work for Spielberg and Allen and got no pay for twelve seconds of screen time.

Debating whether or not the $10 admnission price is worth this heartache or if I should wait until it comes out for DVD rental. I would rent it as my free "throw-in" from Blockbuster. MaxB
