"I Put a Spell on You"--Nina Simone

Different but marvelous cover of Screamin' Jay Hawkins's classic.

I looooooooove Nina Simone! She has such a unique and powerful singing style. A truly exceptional and underrated talent. Some of her songs can bring me close to tears, and that's not an easy feat. "Tomorrow will be the 22nd century..."

NP: Holly's pick, though I love it too. wink

(Digitally remastered 1992 Twentieth Anniversary Edition CD release, packaged in a clamshell cardboard box with 8 color postcards)

(I'd like to say because I was inspired by your pick, American Nightmare, but I had actually come to this as I'm going through my Pink Floyd collection chronologically).
