Baroness brady apologises to everyone in her newspaper column.
Apparently it was the board's fault for everything.
The team, the signings, the relegation battle, the stadium, jfk, vietnam war, etc.
Most of it seems like smug lipservice to try and win people over who wont be won over.

West Brom and Stoke beaten. West Brom nine points from safety - Pardew's position surely untenable.

Yes looks grim for west b and smug pardieu.
And stoke have a run in nearly as bad as west hams.

We have two 6 pointer relegation cup finals
next wkend is west ham v sthamptn.
Win that and hammers might escape. Lose it and we could make that final relegation slot.
The other 1 is stoke at home apr 14.
doubt we get much from chelsea, arsenal, man city, man utd, leicestr and everton.
So those two games will determine our future.

Not a gd day for leeds.

Bolton with a great 1-0 win v Villa in the snow. Now 6 points above the drop zone with 8 to play. i think 5 points would be enough. Results all went our way too, except Brum won 3-0 against Hull - a shock there.

Bournemouth game - they weren't great for much of it but did enough in the last 15, though Foster screwed up for their first goal. Fantastic winner.

Spurs looked good in their win v Swansea, who never really showed up.

Good win that for Bolton, looking more like Wolves and Cardiff for automatic promotion.

Salah is the new Messi according to Herr Kloppo.

And wee Jose is fast losing the plot.

We play Leeds next - they've had bad results against lower teams, so i'm expecting to get hammered.

One loss and we're right back in it, we're not even out of it yet. But i think 3 wins of our last 8 should be enough. We have lots of 6-pointers coming up against teams below us that are vital to not lose in, Brum, Barnsley and Burton.

If you’re looking for three points, you couldn’t be playing a better team than us just now. I’m just pleased that the end of the season is galloping towards us. On the form we’re in a few more games and we’d be battling it out with Sunderland.

No wonder my lot are away. Match postponed this weekend too,
lets see if their own end-winter break does em any good.

Wigan lost, which is bad news for Blackburn as they are now free to concentrate on regaining top spot from us. Wigan were on a bad run while they were still in the Cup.

Leicester were unlucky against Chelsea. United will probably win it in a boring, boring final.

I remember the first FA Cup final at the new Wembley Stadium, the dream pairing of...Chelsea & ManU. The most boring final in the history of the tournament, but I suppose Spurs could knock ManU out, they REALLY do need a bit of silverware.

The worst FA Cup Final in living memory was the 1996 game between Liverpool and the mancs. Drab affair with some karate-loving French guy scoring the only goal with a few minutes left. It's only remembered now for those stupid white Armani suits.

Bill, do you watch EASTENDERS? (real question...not a joke).

My mum does, religiously. But no, not me, too stressful, one argument scene after another.
It gets me on edge when i enter the room and its on.
At least coro used to have humour. Eastenders is utterly humourless, miserable and depressing.
I get enough of that with the news and mcCrud's posts! wink
