im thinking about it. havin seen him 5 times the cost becomes a question. however as this is likely to be his final tour, im inclined and tempted to be there. and use the chance to meet up with a few fellow collectors. if indeed it goes ahead of course. You can nevr book a ticket for Morricone concert and know its going ahead until you take your seat in the auditorium and The Rome Sinfonietta is warming up. Last years collapse from exhaustion and no food and this months fall from podium does rather point to telling the old boy its time to preserve his energy for writing, recording, and pacing himself. just my opinion.

My nearest and dearest booked to see the tennis at the O2 a few years ago (around the end of November of that year). A blizzard a day or two earlier threw the country into chaos, so she had to cancel, losing her booking money plus East Coast Line rail fare -- a tidy sum! A relatively rare weather event for that time of year, to be sure, but it tends to make you wary. I'll keep my fingers crossed for everyone who's booked and needs to do some travelling to get there. Thanks, Les. There's oceans worth of water to pass under the bridge before December, so I'm just going to forget about it now until the tickets arrive in November! Hi, Chris. Any early-to-mid December since then would have been no problem, so the odds are good for you. Fingers crossed. By the way, the girls send their best to you and M.

We were just wondering the other day how they're doing. I'll email. (I whistled FOR A FEW DOLLARS MORE while I typed, just to keep the post on-topic -- honest, guv!)
