Hi,
I have a problem with an order placed with you 59775 &59777 for Star Trek - The Best Of Both Worlds. I ordered two copies, both of which came in time to get signed copies
I received ONE cd last week, but with invoices included for both, so I am still one cd outstanding.
After e mailing you twice last week and also sending you a message on Facebook, I have had no response to my query.
Could you advise if another signed cd is in the post , if not can I get a refund on the outstanding cd please.
I hope I may get a response trying to get a message to you via FSM message board, I don't like posting this message here, but as I am getting no reply emailing you, I have to try other means !

As much as I understand people not wanting this board to be used for BSX's communication, I am in the same boat as the poster above.

My order (62161) has been sitting doing nothing for a month, and an e-mail sent a week ago has been unanswered. (the confirmation said 'dispatched in 1-2 weeks' btw).

Before this turns into some BSX Bashfest I want to say in their suppport that I have never had a problem communicating directly with BSX.

Having writ that: what's the bet I've now jinxed it and any future correspondence I send to BSX will fail to reach them? smile smile

I'll add that BSX replied to me this morning, and my order has been shipped.

It does lead me to believe that they didn't realised I'd placed the order until my e-mail.

Issue (hopefully) resolved, but doesn't change the fact that this seems to happen a lot.
