to henry- would you like to put together all the MOVIES BILL CONTI HAS SCORED which had music which was sung by singers and stick it on the COMPOSER- SINGER THREAD. be my guest. I am overloaded with info hope to keep that thread going as long as I am on this board have listed over 300 films so far and I have barely begun. a lot of people don't realize of all the feature length films made how many of those film scores had a singer do a vocal on the music. The total is a giant amount
My favorite version of this song is the film version by Siedah Garrett. It is available on the cd LOVE JAMS VOLUME TWO which I just got. It's great! Now I need Conti's score too!
Yah I like the original version from the film better. I just checked and that version is on iTunes so I downloaded it and I'm enjoying it. I still would love to see this released darn it!

One of my holy grails.
Hi buddy!I have the Siedah Garrett version on the cd LOVE JAMS VOLUME TWO, and in the liner notes it says Original album version from the MCA soundtrack: BABY BOOM. How can that be? As far as I know there was no soundtrack album. I'm very confused.

There was no soundtrack ever period. Though maybe MCA was looking into one when the film came out, who knows.
You guys will never believe this crazy NESS! Edwin and I were at Dave And Busters last night Saturday Feb. 6th and I was playing my favorite game, The Wizard Of Oz Coin game and we look to our left and there was a very similar person we'd seen a hundred times playing with her daughter or granddaughter. It was DIANE KEATON from Baby Boom. I waited and waited, but I just had to ask for a quick photo. She was VERY VERY kind and obliged. I also made sure we were ready with the camera quick so we can grab one quickly and be done. I didn't want people to see us and then say oh I know her and then she's mobbed. So with our recent discussion with Baby Boom I actually met her last night and I brought up this movie by the way
