Hi All,

I have to downsize my storage unit and get rid of the remaining FSM print backissues that I have been saving since we closed our Culver City office. We will archive a handful of each issue for posterity but the rest are going to the nearest recycling center.

The print issues are not worth much if anything, in all honesty, as we have archived them all electronically. We've sold a data-CD of the pdfs at Screen Archives of the complete print rum (1990-2005) for several years, and the pdfs are available for download by FSMO subscribers.

I'm throwing this out there just on the off chance that someone might want some of these, for purposes that would be entirely your business (selling via ebay, wallpapering your house, whatever).

If so I'd have no problem meeting anyone local at my storage unit in Culver City and giving away whatever he or she can fit in a motor vehicle—though what I'm afraid I CAN'T do is go through and make people "one of each" collections or mail anything to anyone. Or do anything that would take time.

There probably won't be any takers but wanted to put this out there just in case.

P.S. The R.I.P. Goldsmith issue, one of our best, is long sold out, so I don't even have that one!

Lukas

I would take a shipment of them if you want to see how many you can stuff into a large box, and ship it cheap and slow. Oh, yeah, I would pre pay shipping too.

A CD of the print run? Is this still up for sale? That would be nice.

He specifically said HE WON'T MAIL ANYTHING TO ANYONE.

The DVD is nice, but I have fond memories of picking a copy up at the bookstore, and spending hours reading them, then reading them again, and again, and again. I still have them stuffed in a drawer, and when I bring them out it takes me right back there to when I was a kid.

There is nothing like that paper copy in my hand.
There are a lot of magazines at the bookstore, most of them crap.
But I miss my glossy FSM.

Untrue. It has appeared and disappeared several times (do a search and you'll see people begging for its return).

It would be great if somebody local could get all of these (or as much as they possibly could), then post a list of what they have to offer for people who want certain issues.

Thanks for the link Jason. I am relatively new to the scene so I do like this type of information. Now if I can just get a few of those CDs that sold out before I was aware...

Is this sold in a jewel box or paper sleeve. If it is in a cardboard sleeve, I will need to order another CD with it to protect it shipping.

I'm holding out for the special limited edition DVD-RW in a long box.
