Re: "Somewhere In Time" That's a hard one, and I've long asked myself if I would buy it if it came out on Blu-ray. I already have the 2nd generation DVD which has most of the special features listed above, except the UltraViolet, and without surround audio I can't justify buying it (the DVD has 2.0 mono) -- but how many times are we going to play "Somewhere In Time" again anyway? As for the frustrations of UltraViolet, I just typed a paragraph about it, but felt this wasn't the place to post it, so I'm going to search for another on that subject and paste that paragraph there. (I ended up starting a new one.) 12-23-13 follow-up: Since I posted the above, I've played my Collector's Edition DVD of "Somewhere In Time" and was struck by the beauty of it, but also the hard realization that while I'd like to have it, it would be just one more Blu-ray to watch once and probably never open again. And I see no special features that aren't being ported over from the DVD I already have. But for those who don't have it (and maybe haven't reached retirement age like me), I would recommend it -- it's a gorgeous movie and Christopher Reeve and Jane Seymour are magical and Christopher Plummer provides his usual gruff but necessary conflict. (Soooooooooooo glad that fine actor finally got his Oscar!)
