Going topless in public is now legal in 34 states.
In 16 states, men continue to oppress women with laws that are either ambiguous or forbidding of women to walk around without a top. The goal of Go Topless Day is to lift the oppression and spread the habit.
You can also join the Go Topless demonstration in front of the White House August 13. This demonstration gets bigger every year:
Warning: the women demonstrating in Arizona, Utah and New Jersey will result in a definite bust. Make sure you notify your lawyer before you join the demonstration so that he can pay your bail first thing in the morning when you are charged.
It's just as bizarre as women whom have to hide their faces in public in certain parts of the world.
Um, not the same thing at all. Women walking around topless in public would be like men walking around bottomless in public. Save that for the bedroom.

Nah, women walking around bottomless would be like men walking around bottomless. How is there any difference between a man walking around topless and a woman walking around topless? There are plenty of flat woman, and plenty of men with boobs.

That's because you are only associating breasts with sex. Your missing the point. Women use their mouths for sex. Why not cover them up as well?
Sounds awesome to me. I say go out there and enjoy it. I agree with those who suggest we need to do something about The US's prudish approach to nudity.
It's just ridiculous. I mean, seriously, feeling oppressed because you can't walk around with your boobs hanging out for all to see? The dictionary defines oppression as "the unjust or cruel abuse of power or authority." There are people out there who could tell you about REAL oppression. Covering your boobs in public is simply common decency. (And like I said earlier, there plenty of guys who should do the same, too.)
There comes a point where these kinds of demonstrations cross the line from being something worthwhile to just being stupid. This would be the latter. There are far more important things in the world to worry about.
(Surgical enhancement should not be the solution to the problem of a person's perception about their bodies... except in cases where the back muscles are in chronic pain.)
But in matters of public nudity (as with life itself), ya gotta take the good with the bad.

Bingo.
The whole thing is silly. Plus there were no Dcups on display, so, meh

LOL.
I suspect a conspiracy by t-shirt companies behind this oppression of woman. Now we have to mount a campaign against umbrella companies that keep us from the joy of stormy weather.
I want to see that protest in Riyadh. But if it happens there, the predictable result is likely to be that the protesting women will literally become topless, meaning relieved of their heads.
