Throughout the many years of your lives do you have a favorite dining experience or restaurant you went to that was very memorable.

Thanks, Dan!
Not so much a single experience per se, but the joy that the perfect combination of food, service, atmosphere and even the emotional content experienced at a given time or times make my all-time favorite The Pace House in Spartanburg, SC, in the 80’s. It was a large Victorian house which the Beasleys had restored as a restaurant. Excellent prime rib, salads, superior service and atmosphere. A gracious place without the snobbery. I’ve eaten at much fancier and more exclusive and expensive restaurants in major cities but I still remember it the most favorably and sadly, I’ve never found a replacement since it went out of business (198?).

BRUNO'S NEW YORK CITY-UPPER EAST SIDE-Took a girl on a first date. THE greatest tomato sauce on my spaghetti I ever ate. A $150.00 meal and when I got in the limousine I realize I forgot to tip the waiter. The girl laugh for 15 minutes. The limousine driver said in jest, I hope you don't forget me. OH THE GOOD OLD DAYS.
