I wish there was a better way to identify topics in these discussions. Again and again I'll try to return to one and end up searching for the old needle in a haystack. One of the problems is that members will use a very specific thread to hop the tracks and take it into a totally different subject, and then others will respond to THAT and sometimes it never returns to the original topic. And I've been guilty of this myself. So I wish there was a better way to identify these threads. I may start keeping track of the specific subjects I find most interesting by writing them down, but since I often read a lot of them that I don't respond to, it may end up being more work than it's worth.
Anybody else ever have this problem, struggling to find a thread that may have a title far different from where it was taken? Just curious.

Thank you. Didn't realize you could find your accumulated posts like that. I'll have to check it out. Appreciate it. (And I now see the link for that.)
Incidentally, do you have any suggestions on how to add a photo that shows next to our posts? I successfully added a picture for my profile, but the only other option is Avatar, which requires a GIF image, which is a bit confusing to us Mac users. I searched it out and had a 2 picture GIF file, thinking it had to be animated, but it wouldn't take that either. The head spins.

It had me drop it into the Cloud (haven't used the Cloud since getting this new Mac a few months ago) and then, trying to follow your instructions, I was able to find Save, but NOT Save As. Maybe I need to call my AppleCare guys.

Sometimes, if I cannot find a thread, I revert to other method.
If I can recall words or even phrases from it, I can go to a search engine, like Google, and I can find it.
Google, for example, gives you the ability to search a site. You just enter something like this:
site:filmscoremonthly.com "Don Davis" Matrix -Revolutions
I've told it to search FSM, find the phrase "Don Davis" (use quotation marks or else it searches for the words individulally) and told it to not include anything that includes "Revolutions" by putting a minus sign directly in front of it.
Also, alternatively, you could just remember to open a text file and copy and paste the link to a thread you want to not loose track of and make a note under it what's inside.
To convert images, if you don't have a program, you can use an onlien site, like ezimba.com (previously known as "iaza.com").

When I click my name (or anybody else's name) in the upper left corner, in the profile is
View Threads With Posts by This User
and clicking it takes you to a list of all discussions with that person's posts.
