I've yet to find anything decent for The Rose and The Jackal.
Indeed. Being a TV movie it seems there wasn't any official artwork as such. I think the best would be the WAC cover, I'll try to find a decent sized image:

I was never that impressed with Silva's effort, now all I need is to get my printer to work, since the last Microsoft up-date, nothings been working properly
