Preacher season 2. It's ok but Pip Torrens as Herr Starr is great fun.

Also addicted to Masterchef Australia which has a 62 episode season.

"The Orville", unless it manages to piss me off. Looks like one of the next episodes may accomplish that.

Just found out today that not only is there a new season of "Fool Us", but that it's already a number of episodes in. I will totally be watching that.

That's it for new shows. Finished the final season "Samurai Jack" a few days ago. A bittersweet ending for the show.

Fargo series three, I recorded them all & have been watching it this week, two episodes to go. Very odd, but enjoyably so, infuriating at times. Carrie Coon is great as the one normal character & David Thewlis' V.M. Varga is the most creepy villain I can ever remember. I think I prefer series two, I have series one on Blu-ray, but haven't got around to watching it yet. I think I'll watch the final two episodes on Saturday evening.

Series two is great.Highly recommended
I bailed on series one after a cupola of eps.
Three, not so much.

It started out very good. I even loved the Varga character. Bit, after awhile I began to dread his reappearance. It just stopped working dramatically. The whole thing really fell apart towards the end. Cant recommend it.

BTW can anybody explain what the hell the opening scene was about? I assume it is supposed to be Varga being interrogated and somehow assuming the persona/methods of the Stassi officer. And getting revenge by going after the "Stussy" in America.
And what about the puking?
ughhhhh~

Game Of Thrones S7, three episodes to go, fantastic.

Westworld S1, three episodes in & I just love it, it's brilliant, the best series I've seen for ages.

I'm way behind with my TV box sets, after these two there's: Carnivàle S1&2 (DVD), Fargo S1, American Horror Story S1-3, Big Little lies, Dexter, Black Sails S1-3, Spartacus complete, & a few more. And I want to re-view, Rome, Angel, Band Of Brothers, The Pacific, just as well there's bugger all on TV.

Since I've (almost) stopped buying CD soundtracks (hardly anything released that I want these days), I'm buying a lot of Blu-ray box sets.

sorry bruce. In the words of michael Caine's Sherlock Holmes in without a clue.
"I havent the foggiest!!"

Ive seen 15 different series since then and i cant remember my arse from my elbow let alone some scene from fargo.

Spiral was good. Gomorrah s3 is even better. Modus is decent. Walter Presents Before i Die isnt bad either.
Blacklist has become a tedious wash rinse spin. But im still there., somehow.

I hope walking dead improves when 2nd half of season starts.

Ha, I only just found out about that series a few days ago, & thought I might like it, & bought both seasons on Saturday for just £5 s/h, we shall see.

Tried to start up Black Mirror but found the first episode appalling and completely unappealing. That doesn't inspire confidence...even if its aim was to appall. Maybe it gets better, but life's to short and there are other shows I want to watc.

Do not judge by that one episode.
Please.
Start with season two.
Trust me on this.
I trusted you wink

Cinemascope -Fargo is a million miles better than black sails and Rome.
See that first.

We started watching Breaking Bad ...

I was very hesitant, but it has turned out to be surprisingly good, and I've avoided spoilers in previous posts. It isn't some wannabe dead serious bleak drama, but a pulply melodrama with lots of gallows humor, and some top notch directing/acting.

direcdiredirdirectdirecdiredidt.

Perfect description. That is what.Gilligan.intended. For some quirky reason it.has been.received as.the "greatest drama ever"-
