A trifle warm for New England, otherwise cant complain.

Did not know you were a fellow New Englander LC.

Someone has to live there. I usually mention it spitefully when someone announces some cool event which of course takes place on the West Coast. We'll have to get together and make elitist Northeast small talk. wink

Yeah, I was visiting my mother in Dorset & instead of coming back on Thursday I had to stay till Sunday. Saturday morning I took my life in my hands walking round the corner to get the papers (ice & frozen snow everywhere), late Saturday afternoon, all gone!

You mean bears?

This is Thor you're talking about, so it was probably bear-sized beers.

Sunny and lovely out right now. Tomorrow, 10-14 inches of snow expected. Really?

What happened to that famous British stiff upper lip?

Quite agree, old boy. The whole country seems to have ground to a halt after a light dusting.

Our first significant snowfall of the winter and.....it's the first full day of Spring! About a half-inch so far in mid-Maryland. Expecting 4-6 inches.

Bright, bright and bright. Too warm in the sun, too chilly in the shade (because of the high winds).

We Californians are never happy. smile

AAAARGH! Norway is NOT exempt to the European heat wave/drought at the moment.

36 C expected today, and I have planned a night out. A night in the shadows, no doubt.

There's supposed to be long-awaited rain tomorrow, but I wouldn't be surprised if got "cancelled" in the last minute.

Too damn hot in England for the last six weeks (I think), no rain, all the grass is grey, but rain & overcast today, lovely. I don't really like the summer, it's been too hot to walk any distance & too hot at night. Spring & Autumn are my favourite seasons, & I like a bit of drizzle.

89F with a heat index of 100F (31C, 38C). Sunny and not terribly humid today, meaning only 70%.

I see that Ireland may be hit by Tropical Storm Ernesto this weekend.

Luckily not that hot anymore, but still 29 C.
Yesterday was very cool, just 23 C and I took the chance for a nice 5 hour hiking trip with my dog,
celebrating our eleventh anniversary.

Still warm, and the sunshine is yellow, owing to more wildfires.
