Ugh, this board is havin' problems. I made sure to refresh the main page to make sure it hadn't posted, and it wasn't there, so I posted again and now there are two. Oh well, go get Dead Again!

"Dead again" is a true masterpiece. And La-La Land has one of the fastest deliveries, even to foreign countries (just one week!). You guys are fantastic!

Add me to the group that thinks the new cover is a vast improvement. The FSM covers tended to be better sometime after the thick gold/silver borders vanished...another cover LLL improved greatly was Stagecoach. Would love to see them tackle Newman's Prince of Foxes (which can use a sound upgrade and expansion as well) and Goldsmith's Flim Flam Man/A Girl Named Sooner and make beautiful covers for them...Sooner didn't even get a flip-side cover on the original release. Received Dead Again today, am nearly through it & had to get on this board to give a high recommendation. There is a bit of everything present in the new cues - expansions of themes, new exciting action cues, some wild percussive suspense. I haven't detected any dull fluff during the first of sure to be many plays. And the sound....ridiculous clarity, detail buried on the Varese, beautiful, close-miked showcase of an extremely taught performance. And Brian Satterwhite's notes look to be his usual fine work. I'll read next time, too caught up listening. Terrific art direction as usual by Dan Goldwasser. Everyone griping about structure missing, themes lacking today, all the usual good old days complaints. ...you really should have this, it'll tide you over for 78mins at least. 4 star winner this, who's with me!

I'm with you (though a tad late)! I agree with everything said here; the additional material stands out and the overall mix sounds beautiful. The original Varese had a nice representation of the score but even at this length, it's all top notch!

Any chances expanded Dead Again could be available digitally, at some point in the future, being a Paramount title (not a joint venture one)? Thanks!

And how should I name that thread?

Oh I don't know, maybe something like "Digital Release Requests for Limited Edition Titles" Thing is that the amount of limited/expanded editions which are likely to be available digitally are very specific at the moment: La-la-land Paramount Titles, Fox Titles, and Quartet titles. That´s it. Therefore, it´s makes much more sense to ask directly in each particular thread, to get a direct response from the label in question. Being so few titles, you won't see this particular question from me often in this board. So, don´t worry, and you can go along happily with your current business, which, given the picture you posted, , seems to be drink with the company of a speaking frog.
